Start Your Project See Our WorkAbout Caster Holding
A Sri Lankan construction and property company, building homes families are proud to live in.
We focus on residential and commercial construction, house renovation, and the sale of land and houses across the Northern Province, starting from Jaffna and expanding to other districts. In the Colombo region, we market luxury apartments developed by our joint venture partners.
Every project is planned and supervised under a civil engineer with 16 years of construction experience in Sri Lanka and Singapore, so you get proper structure, honest costing and work that lasts.
Our vision & mission
The future we want to help build, and the commitments we make on every project.
Homes and buildings that strengthen families and communities across Sri Lanka: built to last, designed for our climate, and responsible to the land for the generations who come after us.
- Build quality that lasts. Sound structure, good materials and engineer-led supervision on every home, large or small.
- Design for our climate. Favour natural ventilation, daylight, rainwater harvesting and solar-ready roofs that keep homes cool and running costs low.
- Use technology to stay transparent. Clear costing, documented progress and regular photo updates, so families at home and abroad always know where their project stands.
- Protect the environment. Reduce waste, protect trees and groundwater, and choose durable, locally sourced materials wherever practical.
- Grow local communities. Employ and develop local tradespeople, treat partners fairly, and help families build secure futures in their home towns.
